As a matter of principle, we only collect and process data that you yourself have provided to us, with the exception of automatically collected data (cookies). In other cases, where data will be transferred outside the EEA, this will be on the basis of your consent, standard contractual clauses or on the basis of other safeguards provided for in the GDPR, after compliance with, among other things, the information obligation.<\/p><p>The services provided by Google or Facebook (META), are generally performed by entities based in the European Union. However, due to the global nature of the operation of these entities, your data may be transferred to the USA, in connection with their storage on US servers (in whole or in part). Notwithstanding this, Google and Facebook have implemented safeguards in line with the requirements of the DPA to protect your personal data, through the use of standard contractual clauses.\u00a0 For more information on the data processing practices of the above providers, please refer to the Privacy Policies of each entity .<\/p><ul><li>4 What rights do you have?<\/li><\/ul><p>In relation to the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify your personal data, to erase your personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data, to portability of your personal data, to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data; the withdrawal of your consent, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed before its withdrawal. I use the data obtained through the use of the aforementioned tool to analyse the statistics of the Website. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to analyse the activities and behaviour of Website users. These cookies are used to store information, e.g. which page the User came from to the current website. They help to improve the Website. This data is processed on the basis of the Administrator&#8217;s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The rules regarding the processing of personal data are described directly on the pages of the aforementioned Service Providers.<\/p><ul><li>9 Co-administration<\/li><\/ul><p>The data processed for the purposes of statistics collected within the Facebook platform (Meta), are jointly administered by the Administrator and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, with its registered office at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as the Joint Administrator.The details of the Data Co-Manager, including information on your rights, are described on the Privacy Policy page.<\/p><p>The data processed within the LinkedIn platform is jointly administered by the Controller and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, address:Legal Dept.
